You can also visit the nearby Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, where you can learn about local ecosystems and tropical biology while interacting with hands-on exhibits.

If the weather is forcing you indoors, explore one of Chicago’s world-renowned museums! The Field Museum, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Shedd Aquarium, and the Adler Planetarium are all close to each other so you can visit more than one in a single day; each institution is globally acclaimed and can provide hours of entertainment on its own.
